Refund Policy

Aveosoft Pvt Ltd is a service-based business and due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer any refunds or money back for any of our services once work has commenced.
30-Day Project Start Guarantee
A full refund is available if the project hasn't begun within 30 days of payment. This ensures that you are not held to a commitment if we are unable to begin work within a reasonable timeframe.
Incorrect Information
No refunds will be offered once work has started or been completed if inaccurate information was provided at the time of engagement. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all project requirements and details are accurate before work commences.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided the project has not yet commenced. Aveosoft Pvt Ltd reserves the right to deduct any expenses and administrative fees incurred from the refund amount.
Recurring Services
For monthly or yearly services, please provide at least 30 business days' notice before the next billing cycle to cancel without penalty. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the subsequent billing period.
Post-Notice Overcharges
If you are incorrectly charged after providing proper cancellation notice, you will receive a 100% refund for that amount.
Non-Recoverable Expenses
Aveosoft Pvt Ltd does not offer any refunds for funds spent on search engines, for services already delivered, or any other miscellaneous charges.
How to Request a Refund
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Confirmation from our accounts department is required for validity and serves as proof of cancellation.
